In the year of the Lord 1087 the noble Oddone de Salis, descending from a family that took its name from an historic Lombard settlement, donated numerous properties to the monks of the Monastery of Pontida, keeping for itself the castle built in the locality of Sale. This ancient tower-house that has survived and passed through the centuries, has seen men and women of all ages walk among its walls, built in the 10th century. Today, with the passionate and loving preservation of the current owners, we offer the sense of protection, warmth and charm emanating from these millennial stones.

I am a dynamic, sporty young woman with many interests: animals, nature, travels and adventures.

I love challenges, especially with myself: deciding to open this activity has been, until now, my most challenging test yet. Sharing with others what you are particularly fond of is a great challenge: will they appreciate it like you? Will they be able to see it with your own frame of mind?

I was born and raised in this house, I heard the stories from my grandparents, my parents and many people who had worked and lived here. I studied the history, scrupulously following up on maintenance, careful to guard all the signs left by the centuries.

This home is the "heart" of my life: I am happy to welcome in this atmosphere all those who love the memory of an ancient past, to share with them timeless emotions and sensations.
